This is a hands-on billing role with genuine scope to progress as the team grows.

What the role looks like

• Owning a 360 education desk across temporary roles
• Working closely with schools and education providers as long-term partners
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing educators and support staff who make a real impact
• Billing against clear, achievable targets without compromising on quality
• As you progress, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team culture
• You’ll be trusted to run your desk like a professional and supported to perform at a high level.

• Have proven experience in education recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant
• Enjoy billing and want to continue developing a strong desk
• Build trust easily with clients and candidates
• Want autonomy, but take accountability seriously
• Are looking for a clear route towards Principal Consultant or Team Lead
