The Role
As Associate Director, you’ll:
- Lead and grow a high-performing desk or division
- Remain actively involved in billing and key client relationships
- Build, hire, and develop a team around you
- Set direction, standards, and culture within your area
- Play a meaningful role in the wider growth and strategy of the business
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You’ll bill, win business, and stay close to the market, while building scale through others.
About You
This role will suit someone who:
- Is already operating in a leadership role within recruitment
- Has a strong, consistent billing track record
- Leads by example and takes ownership of performance
- Enjoys developing people alongside running their own desk
- Thinks commercially and long-term
You’re already doing both sides of the role.
This gives you the platform, autonomy, and upside to do it properly.
