The Role

As Associate Director, you’ll:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing desk or division
  • Remain actively involved in billing and key client relationships
  • Build, hire, and develop a team around you
  • Set direction, standards, and culture within your area
  • Play a meaningful role in the wider growth and strategy of the business

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll bill, win business, and stay close to the market, while building scale through others.

About You

This role will suit someone who:

  • Is already operating in a leadership role within recruitment
  • Has a strong, consistent billing track record
  • Leads by example and takes ownership of performance
  • Enjoys developing people alongside running their own desk
  • Thinks commercially and long-term

You’re already doing both sides of the role.
